1. Who we are
orbitfollow.com is operated by OrbitFollow. In these Terms, "OrbitFollow", "we" and "us" mean the operator of orbitfollow.com. "You" means anyone who visits the site or places an order.
2. Agreeing to these Terms
By using the site you agree to these Terms. When you complete a payment, you also confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please do not place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. What OrbitFollow provides
OrbitFollow provides promotion services for social media profiles, channels and posts, including followers, subscribers, likes, views, comments, saves and shares. Services are sold as one-time orders with a set quantity or as monthly plans that renew automatically.
OrbitFollow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, ByteDance, Google or any other platform named on the site. Platform names are used only to identify where a service is delivered.
4. What we cannot control
Your payment covers delivery of the quantity you ordered under these Terms. It does not cover outcomes that depend on the platforms or on your content, such as:
- the reach of your posts, placement in recommendation feeds or any organic attention;
- approval for monetization or creator programs;
- whether new followers choose to like, comment, message or buy from you;
- changes to platform algorithms, counters, rules or features, announced or not.
5. Your responsibilities
For delivery to run as planned, you agree to:
- check the @ username or link before paying, because the order runs on exactly the target you enter;
- keep the profile and post public until delivery is complete;
- not delete the post, change your username or place another order for the same service on the same target while one is still running;
- order only for profiles and content that are yours or that you are allowed to promote.
6. No login, no password
No OrbitFollow service needs your password or access to your account. If anyone using our name asks for a password or verification code, it is a scam. Do not share anything and let our support team know.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on each service page before you buy. We may change prices at any time; changes never affect orders that are already paid. Your bank may convert the charge to your local currency and add its own fees.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. OrbitFollow never sees or stores your full card number.
An order enters the delivery queue only after the processor confirms the payment.
8. Delivery windows and pace
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Under normal conditions, delivery starts within minutes of payment confirmation. Larger orders are released in stages and can take from a few hours to a few days to finish. If a platform is unstable, delivery may slow down or pause; it then resumes where it stopped and we keep you informed.
9. Refills
For services that include a refill guarantee, any drop in the delivered quantity within the guarantee window is topped up at no extra cost. To request a refill, contact support with your order code. If a service does not include refills, its page says so before you buy.
Refills do not cover drops caused by a profile or post being made private, a username change, deleted content, or accounts the platform itself removes for breaking its rules.
10. Monthly plans
Automatic likes, automatic followers and other ongoing services are billed as monthly plans that renew until you ask to cancel.
You can cancel at any time by contacting support, with no fee. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Quantities per post or per month follow the range shown on each plan page.
11. Cancellations and no cash refunds
You can ask support to cancel an order before delivery starts. Once delivery has started, the service is being performed, and any problem is fixed within the order itself: correcting the @ or link, restarting a stalled order or refilling drops. We do not issue refunds in money; our commitment is to complete or correct what you bought.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you.
12. Orders we refuse
We will not run, and will stop as soon as we notice, orders connected to:
- illegal activity, fraud or deceiving other people;
- harassment, stalking or hateful attacks on anyone;
- sexual content involving minors, or custom comments of an adult nature;
- accounts that impersonate another person, company or brand.
13. Limits of our liability
We are responsible for delivering the service you ordered. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for restrictions a platform places on your account, for changes to platform rules, or for indirect losses such as lost profits. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
14. Our brand and content
The OrbitFollow name, logo, text, images and visual design belong to OrbitFollow or are used under license. Do not copy them without our written permission.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when needed, and the date at the top of the page shows the current version. Each paid order follows the version published on the day of purchase.
