1. Who is responsible for your data
orbitfollow.com is operated by OrbitFollow. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean OrbitFollow. We decide which personal data the site collects and how it is used, and we answer for that.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to take payment, run your order and help you when you contact us:
- Contact details: the email address (and phone number, if requested) you enter at checkout.
- Order details: the @ username or post link you want the service delivered to, custom comment text if you ordered it, and your order history.
- Payment result: our payment processor tells us whether the charge went through and a few partial details, such as the card brand. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Site usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and identifiers stored in cookies.
- Support messages: the conversation history when you write to our team.
3. We never ask for your password
OrbitFollow does not ask for, receive or store the password or login code of any social media account. All we use from your profile is public information you give us: the username and the links to your posts.
4. How we use your data
Every piece of data we keep serves at least one of these purposes:
- processing your payment and delivering the service you ordered;
- sending your order code, receipts and delivery updates;
- answering support requests and running refills;
- preventing fraud and meeting tax, accounting and other legal duties;
- keeping the site stable and fixing errors;
- sending news and offers, only if you opted in, with a one-click unsubscribe.
6. Where your data is stored
Some of our providers, such as hosting, run servers in different countries. When data moves across borders, we only work with providers that commit to reasonable security and confidentiality standards.
8. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as it serves the purposes above, including the refill window of your order and any period required by tax or accounting rules. After that, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.
9. How we protect it
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), database access is restricted, and we review team permissions regularly. No system is immune to failure. If a security incident puts your data at real risk, we will tell you and follow any notice rules that apply where you live.
10. Your choices and rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us at any time to:
- confirm whether we hold data about you and send you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete data we no longer need;
- stop sending you marketing messages.
11. Children
OrbitFollow is meant for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
When the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top. The rules for buying from us are in the Terms of Service.
